What’s been happening:

I graduated from Penn State and moved to Fishkill, NY where I started working for IBM's MD Division in 2001. I worked as a process engineer in the MLC division where I was responsible for the screening process for glass ceramic sheets that were then stacked, laminated, sintered, and plated into modules for the chips we use in our mainframe super computers. In 2003, I moved over to IBM's brand new 300mm automated semiconductor manufacturing fab where I also worked as a process engineer in the back end of the line. I was responsible for the copper deposition tools that sputtered angstrom-thick layers of Tantalum, Tantalum Nitride, and Copper on the 300mm silicon wafers that were diced into the semiconductor chips we use in our current super computers as well as used in gaming systems such as Nintendo and Sony Playstation. In 2005, I moved to the IBM Poughkeepsie Plant where I currently work. I work in the Integrated Supply Chain Division as a demand forecast feature planner for new products. I am responsible for world wide planning of all the parts such as the processors, memory, hardware, logic, etc that go into IBM's high-end super computers. I got married in October 2005 to Rick Kozak, who is a power supervisor for the New York Rail Road (Metro North). We had our first child, a son, Andrew in Nov, 2006 and a daughter, Alaina, born June 2008.
